How do I know if physiotherapy is for me?

If you’re experiencing ongoing pain, stiffness, or discomfort that’s affecting your work or daily life, physiotherapy is likely appropriate. You don’t need a diagnosis or referral—if something doesn’t feel right, that’s reason enough to be assessed. With the treatment guarantee, if it is determined that physiotherapy is not suitable, you will not be charged a consultation fee!

What happens during the free assessment?

We take the time to understand your symptoms, assess posture and movement, and identify what’s contributing to your pain. You’ll leave with a clear explanation of what’s going on and a clear plan on how to improve it.

Do I need a referral or imaging?

Accepted Answer

No referral or scans are required. Most issues can be accurately assessed through a thorough physiotherapy examination. If a scan is deemed necessary, the physiotherapist will be able to make an accurate judgement on what type of scan is required.

Do you accept Medicare and private health insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We accept Medicare and all major private health funds. Depending on your level of cover and insurer, there may be a gap fee, which varies between policies. We’re happy to explain this clearly before you commence any treatment.
